A genetic male (XY) inherits an end-organ unresponsiveness to testosterone. This leads to a phenotipic female habitus. Undescended testes and increased incidence of of testicular neoplasms. Presenting symptoms include primary amenorrhea, infertility, and puberty. Typically breast development occurs without pubic or axillary hair.
