{3229} Serial MR in 59 untreatd pts. At onset of Sx 1/3 with monosymptom single episode disease had lesions on plain MR and 80% of MS pts had them. "All enhancing lesions were seen on plain MR." CONCLUSION: GD did not increase the sensitivity, and enhancement did NOT correlate with exacerbations.
