aka papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum; 80% male, >50y; slowly growing mass in region of parotid tail. Second most common benign tumor of PS. Heterotopic salivary gland tissue within lymph nodes of parotid gland. Bilateral in 10%; may be multiple; well-circumscribed. A common cause of bilateral parotid masses. (Also think about AIDS for bilateral masses.)
