Autosomal dominant
Systemic hamartomas:
FD of breast, GI polyps, uterine leiomyomas, thyroid adenomas
Cutaneous lesions (tricholemmomas - papules)
Risk for Cancer:
breast, thyroid, GU (incl. endometrial)
Lhermitte-Duclos (dysplastic gangliocytoma of cerebellum)
