FindingsAP and axillary views (pre-reduction) of the right shoulder show displacement of the humeral head medially and anteriorly, without evidence of fracture. Two internal rotation views and an axillary view of the right shoulder (post-reduction) show successful reduction of an anterior dislocation noted on the previous study. In addition, there is a cleft-like defect of the superolateral aspect of the humeral head suggestive of a Hill-Sacks lesion. No other definite bony fractures are evident.
