Contrast-enhanced chest CT demonstrating an anomalous pulmonary vein draining into the superior vena cava (black curved arrow). Marked main pulmonary artery enlargement is also noted (black line) as the diameter of the main pulmonary is 50% greater than the ascending aorta (normally similar in size).
