Craniopharyngioma
Axial :: MR T2* gradient,GRE,MPGR,SWAN,SWI || ACR Codes: 1.3
There is a suprasellar cystic mass with intrasellar extension. The fluid contents are slightly hyperintense to gray matter on precontrast T1 imaging. There is thin peripheral enhancement after Gadolinium. The optic nerves are splayed by the mass and the chiasm is elevated. The mass fills the sella turcica, and the normal pituitary is not well seen. No hydrocephalus and no evidence of dissemination or metastatic disease.
