Large Bowel Obstruction
Axial.   CT - GI & IV Contrast.
Axial section through the ileocecal valve demonstrates omental caking, propulsion of bowel contrast into the cecum, dilated fluid filled cecum. Contrast filled loops of small bowel are also seen.
