Cells of Origin/Termination: Mesencephalic Nucleus of CNV (GSA), Principal Sensory Nucleus of CNV (GSA), Spinal Nucleus of CNV (GSA), Motor Nucleus of CNV (SVE)

Ganglia: Communicating Branches to Ciliary Ganglion and Pterygopalantine Ganglion, Trigeminal Ganglion, Submandibular Ganglion

Cranial Exit: V1(Ophthalmic)= Superior Orbital Fissure
V2(Maxillary)= Foramen Rotundum
V3(Mandibular)= Foramen Ovale

Innervation: V1(Ophthalmic)= Sensation from cornea, skin of forehead, scalp, eyelids, nose and mucosa of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses
V2(Maxillary)= Sensation from skin of upper lip and cheek, maxillary teeth, mucosa of nose, maxillary sinuses, and palate
V3(Mandibular)= Sensation of skin over mandible, mandibular teeth, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), mucosa of mouth, and anterior 2/3 of tongue. Motor to muscles of mastication, mylohyoid, anterior belly of digastric, tensor veli palatini, and tensor tympani

Function: Sensation of the face and control of chewing
