This 4 y.o. girl was brought to PMD by her mother for a "Cat Eye appearance of my daughter's face".

• Leukokoria on right eye
• Left eye is normal

Retinoblastoma

Resected speciment (enucleation).

There is a large intraocular mass, occupying more than half of the volume of the globe.

CT shows a hyperdense lesion of the right globe, involving the vitreous.

• Retinoblastoma
• Tuberous Sclerosis
• Toxo cara canii/cati
• Other infection
• PHPV
• Coates disease

» CT Lesion
• Retinoblastoma, Ocular melanoma

Dx: Retinoblastoma

Dx Confirmed by: Pathology

The globe was removed and there was no involvement of the optic nerve.
