Findings

Summary of Findings

Both the AP and lateral views (films 1 and 2, respectively) reveal evidence of an old craniotomy, which has been repaired and is well-healed (the patient suffered an epidural hematoma after a fall at age 8). However, the cheek injury was not apparent on either view.

Film #3 is a submentovertex (SMV) view, also called a bucket handle view, reveals obvious depression of the right zygomatic arch.
