Dermoid cyst
Sagittal :: MR - T1W - noncontrast || ACR Codes: 1.3
T1W sagittal images demonstrate a well-circumscribed, heterogeneous, extra-parenchymal suprasellar mass located to the left of midline in the middle cranial fossa that is isointense to retro-orbital adipose tissue. T1W Sagittal images also illustrate focal areas of diffuse enhancement superior to the Corpus callosum in the area of the Cingulate gyrus.
