Subacute (3d.) Right Basal Ganglia Infarction
Axial :: MR - T2 weighted || ACR Codes: 1.7
Old lacunar infarct in the left basal ganglia (white arrow). Slightly decreased signal intensity in the right basal ganglia. This is most pronounced comparing the putamen on both sides.

Other labels: Internal cerebral veins (black arrows) in the cistern of the velum interpositum.
