Chest Review - PA Film
PA :: XR - Plain Film || ACR Codes: 6.1
Most of the 'lung markings' are vessels (pulomary arteries and veins) they should be symmetric for comparable lung regions from side to side. Normal vessels should taper going from medial to lateral. Vessels seen 'on end' should be round, and approximate the size of the adjacent bronchus.

Fissures should be pencil thin lines:
Right side frontal - minor fissure between RUL and RML
