Coronal :: MR - T2 weighted || ACR Codes: 1.5
Coronal FLAIR and fat-saturated FSE T2-weighted images through the temporal lobes demonstrates decreased size and abnormal hyperintense (bright) signal within the left hippocampus with compensatory enlargement of the left temporal horn. These findings suggest mesial temporal sclerosis.
