Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) with divergent rhabdomyosarcoma differentiation vs pleomorphic sarcoma :: Pathology shows a pleomorphic cellular neoplastic process with focal rhabdoid cells, some of which show rhabdomyoblastic differentiation. High P53 expression indicates the high grade nature of the lesion.

Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor
Axial :: CT w/contrast (IV) || ACR Codes: 4.3
CT - There is a large heterogenous and partially enhancing mass within the left chest. It compresses the main and left pulmonary arteries as well as left main bronchus. It also has mass effect on the left ventricle although no definite pericardium invasion is identified.
