Contrast-enhanced CT of the pancreas
Axial :: CT w/contrast (IV) || ACR Codes: 84.317
These two axial contrast-enhanced CT images through the pancreas demonstrate multiple abnormalities, including: bilateral cystic renal masses, extensive replacement of the pancreas by largely cystic masses, and surgical clips in the region of the adrenal beds bilaterally. Not presented in the history, but suspected by the panelist, there had been previous resection of bilateral adrenal pheochromocytomas.
