Malignant Germ Cell Tumor (mixed)
Axial :: CT w/contrast (IV) || ACR Codes: 6.3
Contrast enhanced thoracic CT shows a mildly heterogeneous lobular anterior mediastinal mass with mild mass effect on the adjacent vasculature, no evidence of direct invasion of nearby structures, and little enhancement.
