Liponecrosis Macrocystica Calcificans (Oil cyst) :: Diagnosis TopicRead Topic
Diagnosis Confirmed by: The combination of mammographic, ultrasound, and MRI characteristics exclude all other diagnosis. The mammographic appearance of a well defined, lucent mass, with thin "egg shell" rim calcifications combined with the MRI confirmation of lipid contents confirmed the diagnosis without need for biopsy.
