Accomplishments During Service:

Directed the Dosimetry Center during implementation of the LiF TLD. Great science support. Increased production from a few thousand film badges per month to nearly 10,000 TLDs per month. Robert was our shipper extraordinaire!

Developed and revised many directives, developed training guidelines at the Damage Control Schools, established procedures to connect submarines to the tender for transfer of radioactive material (one of the last RHO’s to be in the Repair Department), Repair Department Division Officer, and many more experiences.

Developed medical planning data for entry into war game scripts at the Naval War College during CINCLANTFLT games.
