Colloid Cyst and Incidental Pineal Region Cyst
Axial :: CT - noncontrast || ACR Codes: 1.3
High density mass in roof of third ventricle on CT. However, there is no evidence of hydrocephalus.
Round mass in same location on MRI.
Incidental pineal cyst is seen on MRI.
