Findings

Summary of Findings

T1-weighted images (Film 1) and T2-weighted images (Film 2) demonstrate areas of signal abnormality in the vertebral bodies at C6, T1 and T3. The bodies of C6 and T1 are compressed with soft tissue and bone in the ventral spinal canal, causing compression of the spinal cord. The intervertebral disks are of normal appearance. A prevertebral soft tissue mass is seen in the midline and to the right of the spine (arrow in C-T1-weighted images).
