A 12-month-old girl was brought to medical attention by her mother with the concern that "something is wrong with my child."

Physical Exam and Laboratory

An abdominal mass was palpated.


Findings


Summary of Findings

On the abdomen radiograph, a soft tissue density mass is seen in the upper abdomen. A large retroperitoneal mass is seen by CT. The kidneys, liver, and bones appear normal.

Differential Diagnosis

The most likely diagnoses are neuroblastoma or lymphoma.
