Summary of Findings

There is a large mass in the anterior and posterior right perivertebral space from the occiput to the thoracic inlet. Notice the epidural extension of the mass into the spinal canal, causing severe cord displacement and spinal canal stenosis. This mass is isointense to muscle on the T1-weighted images. The T2-weighted images demonstrate diffuse high signal. There is avid contrast enhancement on the post-gadolinium images.
