The lesion is behind the bladder.

TITLE: Imperforate Hymen, Hydrocolpos

DESCRIPTION:
The bladder is compressed by a fluid filled mass which sits just behind it. The fluid filled mass measured 8.3x13cm and appears compex.

Fluid collection in the pelvis felt most consistent with hydrocolpos. No evidence of hydrometros. Findings consistent with imperforate hymen.
