TITLE: Lateral CXR confirming cardiomegaly due to the MV regurgitation.

DESCRIPTION:
This lateral CXR image confirms cardiomegaly as seen with the posterior heart border being more posterior relative to the tracheal border. Also note the sternal wires from the sternotomy.
