TITLE: Film 5

DESCRIPTION:
Two large soft tissue masses are seen in the neck: one, well-defined in the C1-C4 prevertebral soft tissues (Films 3,4,5), the second, lobulated and less well- defined in the left posterior soft tissues extending from C1 to C7 with extension around the posterior elements of C1-C3. A gadolinium-enhanced study 8-1/2 months later shows enhancement of these masses (Films 4 and 5), each with different enhancing characteristics.
