TITLE: Film 1

DESCRIPTION:
Films 1 and 2 demonstrate an extensive, predominantly right-sided, paraspinal lumbar mass. T1 sagittal (Film 1) and T2 sagittal (Film 2) images demonstrate that the mass is hypointense relative to the signal characteristics of the adjacent normal subcutaneous and epidural fat.
