TITLE: Film 4

DESCRIPTION:
The T1 axial image (Film 3) demonstrates how the lesion extends through and widens the ipsilateral neural foramen (see also coronal image, Film 4). It impresses upon, but does not appreciably compress the dural sac. The conus medullaris is in its normal location and there is no evidence of dysraphism.
