TITLE: Film 3

DESCRIPTION:
After contrast administration (Film 3, 550/30/4), the mass is a well-defined enhancing lesion predominantly of the right cerebellar hemisphere with a nonenhancing cyst-like component medially. The
displacement of the fourth ventricle is well seen. No other lesions are apparent.
