Summary of Findings

There is a yellow-white reflection of light from the back of the right eye. This is classic leukokoria.

Differential Diagnosis

Childhood leukokoria can be inflmmatory, neoplastic, toxic, or developmental:
Neoplastic:
Retinoblastoma
Inflmmatory:
Toxocara canis
Developmental:
PHPV
Coats Disease
