Large B-Cell Lymphoma Brain
Axial :: MR - FLAIR || ACR Codes: 1.3
Expansile lesion in the splenium of the corpus callosum, extending into both cerebral hemispheres. Moderate associated perilesional vasogenic edema (arrows). The lesion as moderately low signal (asterisk) on FLAIR and T2-weighted images.
