Differenatial diagnosis for pelvic calcifications:
GI: gallstone (in the setting of gallstone ileus), fecalith, appendicolith.
GU: (female) calcified fibroid, ovarian teratoma.
(male) prostate, seminal vesicles or ductus deferens.
(either) bladder or ureteral calculi.
Vascular: atherosclerotic calcification, phleboliths.
Lymphatic: calcified node.
MSK: heterotopic bone, injection granuloma, bone tumors.
Other: foreign body.
